What it does

A real LMS, sized for the team that actually runs it.

Feather is built for the one-to-three person L&D or enablement team at a company of up to about 150 people: everything you need to run structured training, and nothing designed for a procurement committee.

01 Course builder Author rich courses with text, images, and six interactive question types. An optional AI assistant drafts modules from your source material, using your own API key.
02 Learning paths Sequence courses into ordered paths with completion gating, so learners move through material in the order you designed.
03 30/60/90 onboarding Onboarding paths unlock by days since hire date. Group new hires into cohorts and their ramp plan assigns itself.
04 Assignments & reminders Assign by company, team, manager, or self-enrollment, with due dates. Learners get notified from a real person's address, and a nightly job sends due-soon and overdue reminders.
05 Reporting Live completion status by path, person, team, and cohort, plus nightly snapshots for trends over time. Managers see their teams; admins see everything.
06 Roles & branding Admin, editor, and two manager levels with real permission checks - and your logo and colors on the learner experience.

Your data never leaves your Workspace. Ours never touches it.

Feather installs from the Google Workspace Marketplace and runs inside your Google environment under each signed-in user's own permissions. All application data - people, paths, assignments, progress, results - is stored as Google Sheets in your company's Drive. Geddes Labs operates no servers and holds no copy of anything.
